Through Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) funding, DECL Indigenous Business Incubation program has recently established offices in Darwin, and Alice Springs. These services were extended in 2007 to provide support to Indigenous entrepreneurs in Tennant Creek and remote Aboriginal Communities,

Indigenous Business Incubation is committed to the establishment, growth and support of Indigenous enterprises in the Northern Territory through the provision of one to one support for business aspirants and business owners.

Indigenous Business Incubation aims to assist Indigenous business owners and managers through:

One-to-one support
Assistance in business planning
Marketing support
Assistance with regulatory requirements
Bookkeeping support services
Facilitation of appropriate training
Assistance in finance application
Business counseling and advice
Business mentoring
Networking and relationship building
Access to appropriate Information Technology
